"BEST THING TO DO IN DESTIN ON VACATION" A Destin Beach Fire
All you need to do is show up! Watch the sunset, drink wine, roast marshmallows or just sit by the fire!
About our service
Great for: Post-Wedding rehearsal gatherings; Corporate Team Building; Family Reunions; Couples, Engagements! or any other beach gathering.
Starter Package:
$500 for 2-1/2 hours (Start time is up to you)
(10 chairs included) You can opt out and trade for an extra hour.
[$100/per additional hour, no later than 10PM]
- (You are welcome to bring anything you want...chairs, blankets, drinks, etc... The Starter Package includes setup & cleanup of the fire for 2 1/2 hours, permit fee ($105), 10 chairs or extra hour, includes [1] 6' table, package for 20 complementary s'mores w/marshmallows, Hershey bars, graham crackers and roasting sticks.)
Extra's:
- Chairs - $5/per
- Tables - $10/per
- Tikis - $10/per for 2hrs (6 tiki's max)
*Tips are not required, but company staff greatly appreciate them*
Note: Bonfire will be set up at a specific time. Please indicate the time and date requested. We will email you directions showing you exactly where to go as well as more information about the bonfire.
Additional Terms:
- Full amount due at the event in cash. If final payment is not made at the event, the full payment due will be charged via Paypal to the credit card on file, plus a 5% convenience fee.
- There are NO refunds, Unless canceled by the South Walton Fire Dept. due to High Winds or other related events preventing the service from being set up.
- We will not be held responsible for any injury that is caused at or during the beach fire event. Guests near the beach fire service are at their own risk.
- Without client cooperation, satisfaction cannot be guaranteed.
I just wanted to send you a quick email thanking you for providing our family with an awesome bonfire experience! Everyone truly enjoyed it! It was a top notch set up and it made everything so easy for us to be able to enjoy. The time and effort you put into the event really showed. This is something we plan on continuing to do on our yearly family trip to Destin. It was a fun way to make family memories! We have a huge age range of nieces and nephews and this was a way for them all to enjoy the beach together. Your set up was great and clean. We used you back in June for our wedding rehearsal party. We had about 50 people show up and they are STILL talking about how much fun it was. It was wonderful!! Everything was out when we arrived and y’all cleaned it up right after we ended it. It was a wonderful night ...
